Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the services provided by MyFlopy (https://myflopy.com), operated by SYNTHAR DATA STORAGE PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Nature of Business

MyFlopy is a service-based platform. We do not sell any physical or digital products. All payments made on this website are strictly for professional services such as consultation, technical services, development, maintenance, and other customized solutions.

2. No Refund Policy

As per standard industry practices applicable to service-based businesses in India:

  • All payments made to MyFlopy are non-refundable.
  • Once a service is confirmed, initiated, in progress, or completed, the amount paid shall not be refunded, reversed, or transferred under any circumstances.
  • Advance payments
  • Partial payments
  • Full payments
  • One-time services
  • Recurring or subscription services
  • Customized or client-specific services

3. Reason for Non-Refundability

Refunds are not applicable because our services involve immediate allocation of manpower, technical resources, time, and expertise. Once work has started, the service cannot be reversed, returned, or reused.

In accordance with Indian contract principles, once services are initiated with customer consent, refunds cannot be claimed.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests after service confirmation are not eligible for any refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing.
  • Cancellation does not waive any payment obligations already incurred.

5. Service Support & Resolution

While refunds are not provided, customer satisfaction remains important to us. If you have any concerns related to service quality, scope, or timelines, you may contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within the agreed service terms.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only at the sole discretion of MyFlopy in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical or banking error
  • Payment made without service confirmation

Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of payment along with valid supporting proof. Approval is not guaranteed.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
