Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and print media tools. The ideal candidate will create impactful visual designs across print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality creative outputs. This role demands a strong creative mindset, technical expertise in design tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals with high visual impact.
• Design and produce visually compelling layouts for brochures, reports, magazines, newsletters, presentations, posters, flyers, and other print collateral.
• Create engaging digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Work extensively with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to develop high-quality designs.
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful creative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven experience in graphic and Web design, with a strong portfolio in print and digital design work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); working knowledge of XD or Figma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of print production processes including prepress, color management, and print specifications.
• Ability to design for both traditional print media and modern digital channels.
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
